Zionism is just a form of Fascism, and Fascism just a form of Capitalism. It is up to all of us, not just our Jewish comrades, to sever this latest flavor of oppression, while working to decapitate the real monster.

You wouldn’t bother in the first place. What is that one quote? “No investigation, no right to speak?”

Adding to what the other person has said, with such a anti-semite/anti-jew title as that, claiming that all jews are responsible for zionism, just makes me question anyone who is in favor of this post.

zionism Is an imperial tool of capital trying to coopt the jewish struggles/holocaust to unleash even more genocide in the world.

Everyone should be against the genocidal entity and the whole of the western killers, because this is a problem much bigger than simply “a part of Judaism” as the title also implies, which is another reason for why the title is bad, and you should feel bad for defending it…

“No investigation, no right to speak” doesn’t mean you have to spend your finite hours reading every article that has a clickbait title before you can dismiss is as attention economy bullshit.

The title is supposed to inform you about what you’re going to read. That’s what titles and headlines are for. This one is telling me that either:

      1. It’s a hate speech article.

      or

      1. It’s a clickbait title.

I have no reason to give the article or its author my time, attention or engagement in either case. But happy to discuss the stupidity of the title.

A bold headline meant to entice attention while also reflecting the content of the article accurately is not called a “clickbait”, it is called a good headline.

Because people are still trying to weasel themselves out of responsibility and the title gets infront of the arguments and clearly states that, Yes, every peaceful person of a genocidal group needs to make a meaningful distinction between them and the genocider. This has not happened on a large enough scale within jewish communities to matter.

I would say that part of the article is about those exact people who are offended by the title.

          It’s a good headline if:

          • you want to be editor of the Daily Mail, or
          • are just terminally online and and your standards for communication are on the floor.

Even though the title needs some improvement to make it enticing(just a small feedback from me), the content is very good and it explains plenty of frustration from Anti Zionist Jews that are battling with their communities while also ostracized.

There needs to be more Anti zionist sentiment from Jewish communities and it needs to be palpable. Every community has to kill the colonizer/fascist mindset hidden(or in some cases out in the open) from within them.

In Mexico, I have seen plenty of Anti zionist jews who fight and courageously join solidarity rallies. However, it is true that their voices need to grow louder and grow in number. More jewish communities have to join this sentiment. Hopefully, our comrades succeed.

Great piece, thanks for sharing it. I felt like I was going crazy because I share many of the same views this person wrote, but since I am not in the “in group” it would be interpreted as antisemitic because I’m arab and that’s how we all look when we mention our gripes with Zionism or how much handwashing many Jewish people do for Zionism.

To be able to view the past 2 1/2 years and still think you are supporting the “good guys”, watching massacres, sexual violence, all broadcasted for the world to see, and to still be bloodthirsty? To donate money to that? To wave the flag with pride?

It’s unforgivable, in my opinion. And the author was correct about the liberal zionist talking points, even the “israel makes people more antisemitic” bit. People are happy to go along, sing kumbayah, pray for peace, but treat resistance with more scrutiny than the oppression. It’s not antisemitic to burn down a synagogue that fundraises for the IDF and hosts illegal land auctions.

And they were correct to scrutinize the ADL’s “antisemitic incidents” data as anything involving “israel” is antisemitic. Even the guy Elias Rodriguez clapped at the fundraising event, he wasn’t even JEWISH and they called it antisemitic. And why is the Capitol Jewish Museum hosting an event for “israel”? Would it be antisemitic to burn it down in protest?

The handholding of a group that has become intertwined with fascism, as if to absolve the crimes they commit, why the exception? Why is it not okay for white people to do it, but it’s okay for Jewish people to? Why do liberal “anti-zionists” do the same whitewashing? Pretending that peace is the only solution, saying it’s a genocide, but in the same breath denouncing October 7th as a terrorist attack instead of anti-colonial resistance?

Sorry for the rant, I’m disgusted by the smol bean mentality these liberals have when it comes to zionists, as if they’ve been granted the rights to be nazis because of something that happened to a great uncle of theirs.

Thank you, as a fellow Arab, it’s really frustrating having to hold my tongue when it’s obvious a supermajority of western Jews are fully on board with zionism. The entirety of my early life was based on denouncing ISIS, Al-Queda, and other Wahabbi extremist groups as not real Islam. Iraqis fought and bled to keep the salafi surge from taking over, Iranian forces trained thousands of militias to combat these fundamentalists wherever they were, and in the west my generation had it drilled in our heads that we must always act on our best behavior because we were representatives of our faith.

We are still fighting Wahabbism to this day, it’s a pervasive struggle that happens in every location where Muslims interact with. Entire online forums and communities are still in conflict between Wahabbis and non-fundementalist Muslims, with many more arenas opening up out of nowhere.

This constant back and forth struggle where I have to constantly denounce and sever myself from any Wahabbi influence (a easier task being a Shia admitly) is not something I see within the Jewish community. I’ve organized with anti-zionist Jews, and only so many of them were willing to be staunch on their support for resistance. There was one comrade in particular who I remember was Uncompromising in their support for resistance. To them, the Palestinians were fighting for their liberation and that’s all that mattered, who cared how many IDF soldiers or settler died trying to oppress them.

However that was a rare case, and more often then not, although I do see those people as comrades, as we genuinely organized to the best of our ability, these people could be tiring to deal with. Having to word my statements in ways that wouldn’t be misconstrued for secret antisemitism when sometimes I just wanted to say, “who cares what the Houthi flag says, they’re trying to stop a genocide.” Also a good variety of anti-zionist jews tended towards anarchism over Marxism-Leninism, so of course their were disagreements there as well.

Like, I can understand that material factors are the core to influencing a groups actions. But am I not a little justified as a Muslim to be bitter that when Jews are having their identity attacked due to the actions if zionism, many of them choose to hold on to zionism rather then fight it?

This article has done a tremendous job of making the Zionists here expose themselves. They take issue with this, but can’t form an argument against the points being raised as is typical with Zionists.

If you have no problem saying that Boers are complicit in Apartheid or that Southerners are complicit in slavery, then you should have no problem with saying that Jews are complicit in Zionism. If any of the other groups mentioned here was doing the same as Israelis are doing currently, no one here would have a problem with saying “Yes, All Boers/Southerners” nor would anyone call that “hate speech” other than right-wingers themselves. Jews aren’t exceptional, and the standards you apply to Boers and Southerners should apply just as much to them.

When I remark to Jews that we all are responsible for ending Zionism and the ongoing Palestinian genocide, I usually hear, “Not all Jews / Say Zionists, not Jews / There are actually more Christian Zionists than Jewish ones.” Well I am speaking to Jews right now, a people who support fascist Zionism in lockstep across every institution in our community.

The article even directly addresses this hand wringing in its opening paragraphs. It’s the norm for Jewish communities to not only approve of Zionism but to directly materially support it because the religion is so deeply enmeshed with colonization at this point. Every Jew therefore has a responsibility to destroy the Zionism within Judaism because whether they like it or not, they are involved in this. They can either contribute towards ending it or perpetuating it but there is no neutral stance.

The responses here remind me of how Americans get when a foreigner denounces the US. “Hate the government not the people,” “I didn’t ask for this either,” “I just live here.” Ok guys then fucking do something about it.
