For me, it’s always a cycle. The month before I can play all night long every night, the one after I don’t even turn on my pc. I don’t fret too much about it anymore, bc I know that sooner or later I will find again joy in videogames. But if I need to point out one explanation, I would say that work induced stress is always a menace to my free time activities, not only vg.
