I’ve owned a string of new BMWs and Audis before moving to Tesla. This is location dependent but the Audi and BMW dealers in NoVA are straight garbage. Horrible customer service and they refuse to diagnose rattles/creaks.
Haven’t had that experience at any of my local Tesla service centers…
Can confirm. One of my family members has an EQS and every time it goes to the dealer, it’s there for, at least, a month
Sounds like a lemon to me. In my state, it’s 30 business days at the dealer

He said that NO V2 Superchargers would ever support third-party charging and they will only ever work with Tesla cars.
