This is a problem that many EV enthusiasts ignore, namely that the price of electricity can easily vary by a multiplicative factor of 4, even at my home.
That’s certainly true. California has an average price of $0.22/kWh, but I have a swimming pool that requires quite a bit of electricity (and has to run in the afternoons in order to run the solar heater). Hawaii has an average price per kWh of $0.397/kWh. Unfortunately there is a lot of misinformation about electricity rates. They vary more than the price of gasoline.
My marginal cost of electricity is $0.54 per kWh from PG&E.
Your use of the term “personal brand” reeks of spam. One thing that could get you banned is overuse of hashtags, particularly if they are only peripherally related. People subscribe to hash tags and don’t want to see unrelated stuff.
The average cost of owning a car varies widely - you may be thinking about the cost of a new car. My wife’s 2005 Prius has about 150k miles on it and costs us very little. Even if we drove it the usual 15k miles per year it would only take about 320 gallons of gasoline, so maybe $1500/year. The other costs of insurance, registration and maintenance are more than twice the cost of gasoline even for this chrapo car.
Of course if you want a giant behemoth or want to go 0-60 quickly or want fancy technology, then you will pay a LOT more. I just don’t think gasoline prices are a major factor in the USA.
