OP I think you should post comments with suggestions and just take votes from those comments only. Probably a more fair way to do it just because double comments being liked by the same people might not be a true representation of the actual total count. I get that multiple candidates could also have multiple votes and it could even out, but at least this way you’d make it more streamlined.

A lot of people are saying they saw it differently but honestly I felt this way about what I saw. I am surprised it’s quite this contrasting but otherwise I maintain that Chelsea were not as good as people are giving them credit for, but I suppose viewer bias and subjectivity is hard to truly measure.

Are you able to have this conversation with them? If you’re worried about them being intimidated or whatever, you could try to approach the situation with a lot of kindness and calmness, even if the situation itself is not necessarily warranting that from you. Generally it’s much easier for people to not be confrontational, which can suck because people then just harbour bad feelings instead of resolving them. I hope you’re keeping well mate.
