11 months agoSeconding this experience with Mini. I particularly enjoy their attempts at upselling me by always giving me a loaner nicer (sportier) than my own car.

Very true. EVs have not been a mass market product long enough for the anecdotal experiences to mean much.
I guess I’ve been lucky. I drive an SE and the sent me off in a JCW model last time I needed to drop mine off for service.
