Fake fans, imo. Transporters exist.

We survived the dark age from 2005-2017 (not you, Kelvinverse movies) and we’ll do it again.
The events of Star Trek haven’t taken place yet, but The Historical Documents aired long before that. Presumably some kind of time vortex brought them to us.

I tried out Bazzite with an Nvidia 40-series card last year and performance was the same as Windows for everything I tested
All things being equal I would go with AMD too, but if I was OP I certainly wouldn’t turn down a good deal on an Nvidia card if one presented itself.

Yes! We have that too. It’s so addicting to get sucked into every time I come across it.

To be fair, the list was made for the 57th anniversary of Trek three years ago.

Data’s Day is the episode I usually recommend people use to introduce TNG to newbies since Data literally goes around and introduces the crew. I’m shocked it wasn’t on Variety’s list!

Great example! I had forgotten that one. I guess that’s a sign it’s time for a Voyager rewatch.

My favorite mod @ValueSubtracted@startrek.website moved here but also fuck spez.
EDIT:

I think the current methodology skews the data; consider that an instance federated with say, Hexbear, is probably going to have significantly more individual and community bans than an instance who only made 5-6 bans before recognizing the pattern and blocking the instance.
If the goal of this study is to see which places most aggressively moderate their content, you’re actually getting somewhat of the reverse.

Wow this looks incredible

Very interesting stuff! Defederations should count as a ban of all instance users, imo.

Why do you say that? They hold no power over us, nor us over them. They can’t control what we choose to store on our own hard drives.

Sharing here because the free speech instance censored it

Would be much more interesting to hear your own thoughts instead of just lazily pasting a link to people who are paid to be haters.
When did Trump or Biden attack the country of Iraq? Iraq is a US strategic partner and the US basically pays for their entire military. Even claiming Obama attacked the nation of Iraq is a big overreach, imo.

I agree but that has nothing to do with the “Nu” pejorative assigned to Kelvinverse films.
The reactionary racists and trolls started reapplying the term to the Black Lady show and pretended that crying a lot is somehow the same thing as Captain Kirk riding a motorcycle through a flaming ring.

no this is patrick
That’s disappointing, the theater I went too was almost too loud at times but the boomings and rumblings of the Genesis Planet tearing itself apart were really crazy.
