And uhh, if you need fake references I’m happy to make something up. I’ve worked in a few warehouses. on time, turns up, doesn’t complain. When asked for a fault I usually say they eat meat which no interviewer wants to touch for a simple job reference.

I’ve know a few homesless guys and some of them are straight up unable to function as a regular member of society. Lovely people with good hearts but cannot handle a regular day to day life. Kind of you to reach out to him.
