I ordered my oled deck on the 21st nov. GLS (in holland) got it and left their parcel centre on the same day, the 25th Nov. There is no further information available to me, and there hasnt been for 4 days, so i called parcelforce for information, they said my parcel is not in their system, that i shouldve recieved it yesterday or today, and gave me the number for GLS in holland. Thankfully the GLS guy spoke english, and he told me that GLS have to scan their parcels every day, so the fact that mine hasnt been scanned since the 25th means it’s likely lost. I have sent steam support a message, but god knows when they’ll see it. I see in the shipping megathread that the trip through customs can take several days with no update, is it possible thats what’s happening here, or is my deck lost to the ether?
Am in the same position as you - ordered on the 21st, left gls on the 25th, no updates since. No idea what to do, but have contacted steam
