Well that’s different!! I have an estimated delivery date with my second order. Release day order still nothing.
Mine shipped on 21st. Heard nothing since. But it doesn’t sound too unusual based on other comments here…

No updates on GLS since it left Germany Neuenstien since the 27th.

Hello, mie imi aparea ca este in Germania ieri pe 28. Am sunat azi la GLS si au zis ca ar trebui sa ajunga in Romania maine si poate sa fie si livrat. Joi au program de livrare normala, dar vineri nu. Probabil daca nu il primim maine, va trebui sa asteptam pana luni. Tin pumnii pentru amandoi

Am comandat deck impreuna cu dock pe 16, imediat dupa lansare. Dock-ul a ajuns in depozitul din Germania pe 24 si l-am primit azi, adica dupa 5 zile. Deck-ul a ajuns in depozitul din Germania ieri, deci probabil il voi primi luni pe 4 dec sau marti pe 5. Luati in calcul 5 zile dupa ce ajunge in depozitul de la Neuenstein din Germania pana la livrarea acasa.
Cred ca nu actualizeaza cei de la GLS tracking-ul cum trebuie. Azi la 2 dimineata a ajuns in Selimbar si am primit mail ca se va efectua livrarea astazi intre 11:30-14:30. De mentionat ca eu sunt in Bucuresti. Sper sa fie la fel si la voi :)
L-am primit si eu azi in jur de 11:30 tot in Bucuresti. Bafta!

Did you steam deck also get stuck in Denmark Kolding? mine has been stuck there since 24 november. Also shipping to Sweden.

Mine is stuck there too but I checked DB Schenker tracking and mine seems to have arrived in malmö , or at least according to the DB schenker Facebook support.
Yeah acording to DB schenker gls has made a transport order at 14:04 on tuesday. But complete radio silence after that. Have you gotten any update yet?

Ordered mine precisely 18:22 on the 16th and its still showing as “in transit” since 25th. I wasn’t that bothered but a colleague ordered theirs on Friday 24th and was shipped on 25th, and then I’m seeing others getting theirs before now as well.
Not sure why I bothered fighting with the Steam store servers on launch.
May I ask where to find the ParcelForce tracking number? I cannot find it anywhere. Thanks.
Exact same time i got mine and it is also in transit since the 25th, and ofc no updates still, neither on GLS or ParcelForce. And on parcelforce i just got that it got added to the general logistics system…, not even a update saying that it is with GLS…

As a 16th buyer with no update, i want to downvote this so badly - but i’ll rather go with congrats mate, enjoy the deck!
Lucky, I ordered on 21st and still nothing. Left netherlands on 25/11/2023. UK too. Hopefully I get the parcelforce email tomorrow

I ordered my oled deck on the 21st nov. GLS (in holland) got it and left their parcel centre on the same day, the 25th Nov. There is no further information available to me, and there hasnt been for 4 days, so i called parcelforce for information, they said my parcel is not in their system, that i shouldve recieved it yesterday or today, and gave me the number for GLS in holland. Thankfully the GLS guy spoke english, and he told me that GLS have to scan their parcels every day, so the fact that mine hasnt been scanned since the 25th means it’s likely lost. I have sent steam support a message, but god knows when they’ll see it. I see in the shipping megathread that the trip through customs can take several days with no update, is it possible thats what’s happening here, or is my deck lost to the ether?
Exactly the same scenario as me, ordered 21st too. It did say 6-8 (or 10, can’t remember) working days for delivery, so I’m clinging on to that for hope, as today is the 6th working day. It’s just dreadful service though.

Ireland here (Republic), just called GLS now and they said it takes 3 to 5 business days to come to Ireland.
Since for me it left the parcel center in NL on the 25th (Saturday) it should arrive before the end of the week.
And since the parcel is en route the tracking won’t update until it reaches the Island.
Did the same thing! Mines been in transit since 25th. GLS Ireland said I can expect an update today evening or tomorrow morning to receive by Friday or Monday next week. They also said it won’t move on the weekends so probably have left NL on Monday 27th.
mine left on the 27th, hoping for atleast an update this week

-Delivered to GLS the 24th -Departed from the facility (Netherlands) the 25th at 3:19am -No more news
And here I am, just waiting for it. I should have ordered it one week later.
I have it worse ordered 16th, 17th packed items and 21st data was entered into GLS not yet handed to GLS and thats all I got no update since… And Steam support told me: Your package was shipped on 11/21/2023. Your order should arrive within 4-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from that day which would be no later than 12/4/2023. If you do not see any changes by then, please contact us and we will make it right. Tomorrow its 8 business days so lets see but ngl this feels like a scam.
Just got it! 14 days from order to receive it
Literally ordered the exact same date and time. GLS in transit since the 25th. I’m sure its here in the UK but parcelforce are probably busy with higher profile company deliveries. Honestly waiting till Friday. If nothing, then I’m getting a refund from steam. If it turns up great if not I get my monies back. First time buyer…pfff never again!!! You hear that valve or steam or whatever you call yourself…you bums!!!
They might have travelled out the same day!
And after complaining, just 5 minutes later I got the magic mail, so it should be here tomorrow!

Are we sure it’s coming from GLS Netherlands and not GLS Neverlands?
Maybe buying at release time is the actual OLED burn-in
Ordered on the 18th (UK, Lancashire) at 12:29 am. The parcel has left the parcel centre Netherlands on 24th at 19:11.
No updates at all on either GLS of Parcel Force :(
Really hoping it might just turn up like others have said but I’m becoming really fearful that it’s gotten lost in transit…
Delivery for such a massive company like Valve has been absolutely abyssmal…
