UK buyer - I ordered a 512gb Oled on the 19th - it left Netherlands on evening of 25th - no updates since. It’s now the morning of the 29th.
How are units moved from Netherlands to UK? How long has it taken others from your experience? When would it be reasonable to query if it’s gone missing?

Yeah - the lack of transparency even on a quick delivery is frustrating. What I did notice is that shipping times had dropped from 6-10 back to 3-5 days.
UK buyer. Feeling that way. Although I bought my Steam Deck on the 18th at 11am, it wasn’t sent until the 24th, after I sent a support ticket. My tracking is stuck at “The parcel has left the parcel center” in the Netherlands as of 24/11 16:11. Both GLS and Parcelforce appear to be having staff shortages, and neither company is well-known for its quick delivery times or best practises. In addition, the process of importing is now more difficult. I also have a package from France that stuck at the import process from the 23rd. I did, however, order some Super Famicom games from Japan on the 17th, and they arrived on the 22nd, so we will see how long it takes

My local delivery depot has it. There was no tracking event between when it left the Netherlands and when it arrived at my local depot (on both GLS and Parcelforce), which is kind of unusual for any other tracked delivery services
