Banning care in general is pretty wack
This is exactly what i want to see on the courts opinion brief
Not to dive into a discussion on trans rights, but ‘care’ is deliberately used as a eufemism for elective sex change and hormone treatment in this context.
Idaho is one of the worst states I’ve visited. I’m glad that their government got shafted and that the trans people living there can get access to the care they need. Now, they need to get shafted with their abortion ban too!

I can’t stand the politics in Idaho but it’s a beautiful state with a (largely) sour population of religious idiots.
Mostly the government and hardcore religious folk, yeah. I would agree that the northern parts of the state are beautiful though. The southern part of the state is a little too deserty for my tastes.
