Look I’m a City fan, but even I can see the media has gone over the top today. The managers United have had should have achieved more but it seems the system is broken.

I tend to agree with Goldbridge in thinking what comes after Ten Hag?

Van Gaal, Mourinho and Ole all had competitive United teams that could at least cause City trouble. They were sacked unfairly imo.

Van Gaal finished 4th and 5th (joint points with City but behind on GD) and won the FA Cup.

Mourinho finished 2nd behind a dominant City team but got stabbed in the back by the players.

Ole’s “mistake” was the return of Ronaldo which pushed new signing Sancho to the bench and knocked the confidence of Rashford and Co. United were at least competitive.

Ten Hag has signed his own players that he knows from the Dutch league and United look as bad as they were during the Moyes tenure. They’ve been battered by Liverpool and Man City on more than one occasion. They’ve been lucky in games they’ve won like Brentford, Nottingham and Sheffield. He’s clearly not good enough.

Finally someone with facts. Jose being the most likely to have challenged Klopp and Pep was stabbed in the back by Pogba, Shaw, Rashford, Martial and ripped to shreds by the so called class of 92 because he “couldn’t” get the best out of average players who were then later on shipped out by his predecessors.

He sussed Rashford and Shaw out pretty early on. Same with Martial. I remember Jose getting absolutely hammered for going to Anfield and coming back with a 0-0 draw. Got hammered by class of 92 for reacting to a Rashford miss when it was easier to score.

These players have been pampered for far too long and although they’re a big part of the problem, Ten Hag just doesn’t have the minerals to challenge Klopp and Pep, in fact, Postecoglu, Thomas Frank, De Zerbi, Emery and Howe are all better than him.

We could’ve bought Maddison on the cheap, he went for Mount. Harvey Barnes, Anthony Gordon and Doku are players we could’ve got, he chose Antony. I hate the term but Ten Hag has no talent ID and he’s living off that one Ajax CL campaign which he still managed to bottle against perennial bottlers, Tottenham.

      Sack him
