    If you’re so inclined, I wrote a huge thing for Scouted about why we get young players wrong — which, among other things, looks at Henry’s time at Juventus. From there, found some hand-written scouting reports about Ronaldo and the like, and dove into some of the psychology of why we misuse or misunderstand players as they come up, and how to do better. There’s a trial thing if you’re not a subscriber.

    I would have already published a BBQ this morning as well but have been a target for projectile vomit from various children (all mine). I don’t think I’ve missed a week in a year and a half, so I’m fighting to get it done! We’ll see.

      I think he gets loaned back to Germany. He is on something absurd like 300K a week. No team will pay that. So the options are loan where United pay some of his wages or he takes a massive paycut (like 60%+). Don’t see him doing that. So, loan it is. Doubt United would loan him in England.

      Don’t think he is totally finished at United though. His contract is until 2026, he could easily outlast Ten Hag.

      Up there.

      Chelsea, PSG, United, City, Newcastle are all clubs I loathe. I hate Tottenham too but I feel they are more of a proper football team than all of those.

    If I was Rams I would be training ball control, long passing, short passing, even dribbling 3 hours a day at minimum.

    And when I come home I would put my vr setup and play for at least 2 hours lol

    I get so annoyed when people refer to the league as just “Barclays”. Nobody calls La Liga the “Santander” or Ligue 1 as the “UberEats”. It’s such a small thing but it does my head in 😂

        That’s the thing! It is just Premier League!! And people still just call it Barclays. I just read something on F365 about Wenger and the writer referred to “the first 15 years of Barclays”…it wasn’t even sponsored by Barclays at all until 2001.

        As I said, such a minor thing but…grrrrr

          To be honest with you, a lot and I mean a lot of people outside of the UK, that are not in finance, have no idea Barclays is a bank.

          It’s a proper fancy sounding English word, that goes well with premier.
