No wonder the stupid ass nazi site doesn’t close down if all you supposed leftists are on there still. How are we going to have a revolution if everyone is too fucking ridiculously addicted to idiot shit like twitter to even quit it

Twitter is a good source of news from journalists who have a lack of better options for a platform that gets information out as a quickly as possible. Thankfully, IRC is making a comeback.

I personally don’t use it, but I understand someone having an account to keep an eye on what’s happening in the current chud-sphere or literal official white house statements. Or to find IRCs/channels for news. Paying for it is inexcusable, though.

There’s a difference between one person ‘keeping an eye on it’ and thousands just not wanting to leave it because it’s what’s familiar. You don’t have to pay for it to support it you just have to be using it.

I can agree with that still, but I don’t blame people using it for certain journalists who don’t have a substack or other form of “alternative media” that isn’t channel slop especially when there isn’t as much of a presence on alternatives.

In the same vein as well, we can say a lot about pretty much anything we use as being a byproduct of serious evil exploitation.

That nature valley shit used to sustain me. We had a huge box of samples in an office used to work in and if you ate two of these in the morning you were at risk of it expanding in your stomach and exploding your entrails all over the floor.

No NATO, no regular US flag, no Ukraine, no Azov I’d say that this is just a standard centrist Dem cryptonazi but isn’t that blue heart the emoji they use to identify each other online?

Yeah, but it’s not like most westerners see the difference between USSR and RSFSR. “Soviet Russia” and all that.

Edit: oh, wait, Soviet flag ain’t here either. Not even the state emblem. Just the general communist hammer&sickle. My bad.

Serious question, has “anonymous” been on the right side of history, ever? I know the shtick is supposed to be that they’re not a centralized organization, so I guess they could host a myriad of ideologies, but since finding my way to anti-imperialist and communism, I’ve never heard of anything associated with anonymous that sounds coherently anti-imperialist, let alone in support of socialist projects specifically. They just seem vaguely anti-authority.

I think it’s become clear now that they’re some type of feds. It’s no secret the cybersecurity field is full of them, with intelligence agencies (FBI and CIA in the US but their homologues in other countries too) recruiting from conferences etc, and even going to speak to them without talking about their fed involvement. All the hackers of old who eventually became feds too (even if on a freelance basis) after they served time in prison. They prefer to have these hackers for themselves rather than leave them as loose cannons.

edit - oh yeah and the recent 4chan leaks that showed mods with a .gov email lol, though I don’t know how much of that is actually true. Be careful what you read online etc etc.
