I saw people on reddit discussing this, and most were in support of the worker, saying shoplifters deserve it. There hasn’t even been any evidence produced that she was shoplifting. And what kind of minimum wage employee cares about guarding a supermarket’s produce so much?

EDIT: The police have released a statement saying there was no evidence she was even shoplifting.
