If you need a nap watch this game
Realistically we need a midfielder, only one is there is RLC, he’s actually been quality in milan
RLC looking like a great LCM option right about now 👀
I’m sorry Leno is better than Ramsdale, I think Ramsdale gets more love because he’s one of the lads, very likeable and has great banter whilst Leno was stone face and quiet.
Leno wins imo 🗿
Not much spoken about but that Raya save yesterday was Allison esque, hope it gives him more confidence as it was vital at that stage of the game
Chelsea have become depressed, hopefull they keep it to a 1 goal margin and get a second wind
watching the Utd goals Onana is a ghost
Since the goal came from the RW, I thought Havertz might of dragged a defender away or smth, nope, he had no involvement for the goal
I still feel we could have more shot’s, Martinelli has been amazing but I still feel he’s final ball can be better
Funnily enough Partey was the Cazorla replacement we needed (even if they don’t seem the same player, their profiles are the same)
A press resistant progressive passer and now we need another. Otherwise we’ll go back to what we were between 2017-2021, I can’t believe we spent £175m and didn’t address it, Barca would of snapped our hands off if we dropped £90m for FDJ
FFS they’re showing the Napoli game where I am…
Is there a way to see the data on how our ‘attacking’ metrics change with and without Partey? Would be interesting to know how much we miss he’s central progression.
In preseason he played DM Vs Barcelona, they don’t concede much but we scored 5 and missed a host of chances & a penalty.
Our front three is similar to Klopps Liverpool but our midfield is a shit show, it doesn’t have the technical security of a City but it also doesn’t have the workman like graft of Liverpool’s midfield
What I notice with City is they don’t play direct fast football but unlike us they keep there passing fast and sharp even if they’re not directly ‘attacking’. Which keeps the low block in a constant state of anxiety.
We’re not direct either but our passing is so sloww, it doesn’t tempt or tease the low block out of shape
that was lovely football all they way up the pitch
I have this on in the background, everytime i look up Wolves are cooking
I have this on in the background Wolves are on it
I like Raya here, sitting on the ball drawing them on, picking out where we have numerical advantage, gives us a great chance with second balls
Different player, he is no longer under investigation.
