isn’t hybrid a big broad? mild-hybrid, hybrid and plug-in hybrid?

320i was cheaper and I live in Poland, so it is an important factor. I do not really care that much about power, my current car is Opel Astra J with 1.6 114 PS, earlier Opel Vectra B 1.6 16V 104 PS. I had to make a decision between 20k PLN for more powerful engine or getting some packages I cared about (like adaptive cruise control) so I went this path.
Also I tested both, because my local dealer had 330i, but I though that it is better to test a car with an engine I will buy, so I traveled to Warsaw were I can find a lot of BMW dealers and I did a test drive with 320i.
I believe that 318i is just too little power, 320i is what I wanted and 330i would be great. These are the same engines (B48?), just with different turbo.
For my driving style and my use case I do not see the reason to put more money into the car, maybe in future when I will get some rise or promotion.
I have just ordered BMW 3. Just, I liked it the best of all cars on test drive (BMW 320i, 330i, MB Class A 200, Audi A4, Pegout 408, Skoda Superb, Toyota Camry, Lexus ES). I took 320i, far from the “performence” car.
The war in Ukraine started in early spring 2022, so before summer 2022. Something is off. Chip shortage also sound like late 2020/whole 2021/early 2022, rather than late 2022
