MSRP is slight under 92k (including delivery fee). I’ve been told April delivery, so 5ish months….

Deposit is non refundable… but in the unforeseen chance that I get laid off or something wild happens and they played hard ball…I paid deposit via my Amex and I’d certainly attempt to charge back the deposit. Legally they would win, but I’m not above trying. Would just be one more hoop for them to jump through. But that is not the plan or a likely scenario. The new note won’t be much more than my current one due to how much I put down on the x5 and I’ve been paying double each month…so it would take something catastrophic for me to back out.

I made sure the deposit letter I signed stated sell price at MSRP. I also have emails showing them saying that.

I’ve bought from same dealer before, they know I have excellent credit and the means to purchase. Plus I just asked if they could do 2.5 instead of 5.

3 reasons, in order:

1. 4k just didn’t seem like a big jump at this price point. I can still make it rwd, if I’m waiting more movement / feels.
2. Safety / peace of mind in wet / winter weather.
3. Resale; xdrives appear to hold their value better.

They didn’t, but I’ve bought from them before.

I was able to call and add the laser lights today, since it’s not in production yet. Thank you all for the tip!
