Like your family, lots of friends, etc are all evil. And you have to rebuild your social life from scratch or just put up with being surrounded by evil assholes.
Ive been doing this for a long time. The key is to use open source and community projects for some things and just not use certain other things.
And yes that means youd have to use Linux.

He never switched hes just a liar. Hes on of those libs who says they support gaza but wont call it a genocide and says “israel has a right to defend itself” and he voted for pro-israel anti-palestine shit in congress.
Oh man the libs really dont like when you point how their furthest left guy still supports genocide.

Especially with your use case. My laptop (latitude 7400) has a loud fan and runs hot on windows and undervolting is bios locked so on windows the battery life would suck and it would be loud and hot. But on linux i customize the tlp settings and turn the clock speeds down, make sure battery mode is on even when plugged in, and i get great battery life, and the fan never even turns on. Just pulled up powertop and it says with the web browser im typing this in and running a local music player im pulling 5W from the battery, at 81% right now, and have 10 hours until empty at current usage. And this thing only cost like 250$ cuz i got it used.

Its specifically if theyre altered by AI but my question is how do you prove that? Whats to stop them from claiming any image thats altered by photoshop or something is AI?

Like maybe you start out teaching english, use your time there to really master the language, and make connections locally, then you get a job doing something else in China later on.
IHave69XiBucks@lemmygrad.mlto Comradeship // Freechat@lemmygrad.ml•Deepseek giving me the lay of the land as to why I am not as successful as other people under capitalism/ corporate America0·3 days agoI wouldnt worry about the english thing. Its like standard in high school there, and is mostly used as like a general education thing. English is spoken in TONS of places and is a very useful language to know when you are dealing internationally in general not just with the US. Its the most well known 2nd language in the world.
IHave69XiBucks@lemmygrad.mlto Comradeship // Freechat@lemmygrad.ml•Deepseek giving me the lay of the land as to why I am not as successful as other people under capitalism/ corporate America0·3 days agoI used to have this thought that like ya id love to move to china and live there but its so unlikely to happen right so why bother trying, but i stopped thinking that way. I’m going to school for a degree thats highly needed in China right now, and learning Chinese and once im done i will do whatever i can to get a job there, and move there. Because ya its hard, and not many people manage it, but fuck it.
I really reccomend if your like me to look into either going back to school, or starting from scratch. If your over, like 26 i think, there are a lot more financial aid options for you because parental income doesnt count towards FAFSA anymore. ANY type of bachelors degree can get you an english teaching job in China, and a more specialized one could get you a job in Chinas growing tech sector or something. It might not be permanent residency but its a start, and we all have to start somewhere.

Theyre already in it, but theyre like Serena and just think everything is fine because they live in a nice part of it. The American empire IS Gilead. They do every evil thing Gilead does. And these same liberals will villify the axis of resistance against that evil.
IHave69XiBucks@lemmygrad.mlto Comradeship // Freechat@lemmygrad.ml•Deepseek giving me the lay of the land as to why I am not as successful as other people under capitalism/ corporate America0·4 days agoThat is to say many people choose to do things they think will lead to success. Yet their chances of success are no greater than if they’d simply done what they really loved in the first place, and failure tastes all the more bitter for it.
IHave69XiBucks@lemmygrad.mlto Comradeship // Freechat@lemmygrad.ml•Deepseek giving me the lay of the land as to why I am not as successful as other people under capitalism/ corporate America0·4 days agoYou cannot choose how successful you are in what you set out to do, but you can choose what you set out to do in the first place. Do not allow anything to influence what few choices you do get. Do the things that you have a true desire to do, and should you fail know that you atleast tried. Which is more than most can say.
IHave69XiBucks@lemmygrad.mlto World News@lemmygrad.ml•Putin announces 72-hour Victory Day ceasefire0·4 days agoI mean yeah. All it would take to end this war no matter what any leader says is for the people actually fighting to say, “You know what fuck this. I’m not doing this anymore.” and throw down their guns, and surrender. It wouldnt be the first time historically that has happened either. In Stalingrad Hitler ordered his men to hold and they surrendered to the Soviets anyway. That turned the tide of the war. I’ve always said if the USA and China ever go to war and they draft me I’ll go, and just immediately surrender to China. I’d then of course offer to join the PLA and fight on their side lol. If they’d have me.
IHave69XiBucks@lemmygrad.mlto World News@lemmygrad.ml•Putin announces 72-hour Victory Day ceasefire0·4 days agoIt is true though that the soviets were the most badass by far. Battle of stalingrad turned the tide of the war, etc.
IHave69XiBucks@lemmygrad.mlto World News@lemmygrad.ml•Putin announces 72-hour Victory Day ceasefire0·5 days agoAlso it gives Russia 3 days to resupply and regroup which they probably need having taken a lot of ground lately.
IHave69XiBucks@lemmygrad.mlto World News@lemmygrad.ml•Putin announces 72-hour Victory Day ceasefire0·5 days agoI think this isnt just a political move but a tactical one. Imagine your a ukrainian fighting non stop. Then this ceasefire happens and you get to breathe for a second. You get 3 days where your not fearing for your life 24/7. It shows you what peace could be like. Then your leaders try to say you need to keep fighting while they are refusing Russias permanent ceasefire option a few weeks later. All your gonna be thinking about is those 3 days, and how if theyd just agree you could have that again. The Ukrainians are conscripts. They arent a professional military mostly. So this sort of thing has a real chance of getting some of them to just straight up mutiny if the talks fall thru. Which puts even more pressure on the Ukrainians to take whatever deal is offered.
I used to run a raspberry pi off a external phone battery via usb so i could carry it around while testing stuff lol
