It’s the height of the holiday season/Christmas shopping season in the USA. Lots of people are off work for thanksgiving still ( which was last week and most people travel for it to stay with family etc) so it’s not surprising that they haven’t gotten back to you yet. Especially with the oled deck just launching and then already busier than usual dealing with orders/returns/issues from that. Just give it time, they’ll get back to you. This is probably the busiest time of year in the USA

Lol I feel exactly the same way! I still have my deck but I picked up an ally today ( long story) and I didnt last 24 hours before I absolutely hated it and reset it to return asap ( would take it today but the sky seems to want to drown anyone foolish enough to set foot out of doors so yeah no) I think it took maybe 3 hours before it made me hate it? Maybe. Definitely getting the oled deck and I’ll give my og to my sister for Christmas most likely

You’d be paying more than that since valve doesn’t do trade ins……

They think you’ve asked for a full refund so you can buy the deck at the sale price. What they’re saying is that you can return the deck you have and they will repurchase a new one at the discounted price and the difference between your current deck price and the sale price will go to your account as credit

If I do I would keep my og self upgraded ssd deck and give it to my sister for Christmas.

Honestly not sure though, just got the legion Go and it depends on whether or not I return it lol.
