Impulse bought my 512gb OLED yesterday and been dying checking the status every 5 min lol, what are the chances it ships this week? Seeing a lot of mixed results on speed of shipping here. I’m in New York and when I got my original deck back in April I was pretty shocked how fast it came (also an impulse by lol), bought the OG at like 10pm EST on a Friday night and had my Steam Deck by Wednesday of the following week.
Hoping my OLED is just as fast ;)

I placed the order yesterday night as well, update this thread please. On July my LCD order was placed on Saturday night and arrived on Thursday, but that was to Miami.
My status just changed from “Payment processed” to “Packaged items” in the last hour, so they def moving it along :)
Purchased LE Nov 17th.
“Preparing to ship” Nov 22nd
Tracking number from UPS Nov 23rd.
“On the Way” in Ontario CA on Nov 24. No movement since. It’s shipping to NC.
Delivery is set for Dec 1st, I’m skeptical. I’m going to wait as I think this is due to the black friday rush but it is kind of annoying. At this point I should give it to the wife when it arrives to put under the Christmas tree.
I’m blaming UPS but it is what it is.

Hi! I’m at the same stage - in Mirabel now, shipping to Atlantic region. Pretty sure that import stage is normal and does not necessarily result in duty fees (didn’t for my LCD deck). I expect to have it in hand tomorrow. Could be wrong- but in case it puts any minds at ease :)

FedEx failed me, purchased on the 16th, picked up by FedEx on 27th. Initially expected it to arrive today, but FedEx just delayed it with no explanation :( Only

You are not alone. Purchased on the 16th a bit over an hour after launch. Was expected today around this time but was delayed for tomorrow delivery.
Oof, got delayed again, now expected delivery will be on friday.
Delayed again as well. Called fedex and they said since it was shipped economy the cargo container that my package is held in has a delivery date of Dec 1. The cargo container got to fed ex early but there hasn’t been room on the trucks to send it out before the delivery date on the box. There is a 50/50 chance that it can fit on todays truck, and the status might change to out for delivery between 8am and 9 am today.
I wish I had your super power. I’ve never been able to get anywhere near that much information out of any shipper I’ve ever called about a delayed or lost package. If you have any, I’d love some pointers on what to say, or who to ask for to get anything more out of them then the usual ‘We can only see what is on the web site just like you. We can open a ticket and you’ll hear back in X days’
Ordered 512gb OLED last Monday the 20th morning, just got it delivered today in Ontario at around 2pm! Stoked to dig into it tonight.
Package has reached my city, expected delivery in 4 hours. I`m just hitting refresh on the detailed tracking page :D

Yes, there is a hiss on the OLED, not present in my LCD. Bummer. But still happy with the screen.
How long after getting the tracking number does anything show up on UPS.com?
Vancouver BC. Ordered on the 26th, moved to packaged items on the 26th. Shipping on the 29th. 512 OLED.
Ordered first 30min 11/16 and still not getting my limited edition. Fed ex really failed

Ordered at launch (november 16th). Shipped 6 days later. Arrived and stuck at FedEx destination facility QUEBEC since monday. Never had a scheduled delivery date. It’s pending since the beggining.
I live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and received the order confirmation 20 minutes post release for a 512GB OLED. Finally got the package notification on Saturday, November 25th, shipment went out on Monday, November 27th with a November 29th delivery standard. Delayed in customs on the 29th then delayed again on the 30th with no explanation (I called FedEx and they couldn’t explain why it was delayed 3 times in the past 24 hours on the tracking page). Fingers crossed it gets here later today (the 30th) but at this point think I’ll be lucky to get it this week.
If I go to order a new steam deck right now, it still says 3-5 days but I emailed support last week asking what the ETA to Canada was and the rep said 8 days minimum. I think what’s happening here is the perfect storm of Thanksgiving + near X-Mas shipping on FedEx’s side, Pearson being completely overwhelmed as usual and Valve not caring enough about Canada to update the shipping page based on your account region.
Strange, my timeline/location matched yours, except I did receive it in the afternoon of the 29th.
