In the Midwest USA, we have so many tornado warnings that most people ignore them until they actually hear one coming. Sure you could have a warnings but now that I moved to the West Coast there’s tsunami warnings but most of them are duds. Eventually people just stop giving a fuck until the actual thing happens.
