I have an Amiga 600 that i never use. Its in the original packaging, even with the original silicone humid pack😅 anyway, its taking up space and i want to sell it.

I understand that the 600 might have some capacitor problems and these might need change.

And if it needs that, then that’s a problem for future me… Right now I would like to know if it works, and I don’t have any TV work coax input…

So I really need a cheap device that I might use a few times just to know if if works before and after any repairs.

What du you guys use?.

coax is analog. hdmi is digital. ebay is suggesting the amiga is worth about $150, so dont invent a complex project just to sell it.

I know. So I’m looking ing for a cheap option.

I tried selling to a collector, but he didn’t want to touch the 600 as they apparently have a common capacitor fault.

I can boot it up, but all I would be getting is lights and some form of disk load noise/event.

      I want visuals!!😅 Cheaply!!😇😄

No… My tv only has antenna, satellite box and hdmi inputs. The rf out from the amiga to the antenna input doesn’t yield any result😔

So I need some form of Amiga to hdmi. Cheaply🤔

It gets power, but when I insert a diskette I can’t hear the familiar sound of the disk station reading. So I think the drive might be broken. But since I can’t see shit I don’t know!

It’s composite on a A600, not RF? You could probably buy a cheap video capture USB with composite? Then try that on a PC via VLC or mplayer.
