By all accounts, gagh is supposedly delicious, even to humans. You just need to get over the fact it’s live worms.
On the other hand, no human has expressed a fondness toward any bugs the Ferengi eat (or snort).
You could probably think of it as sushi. Some people love it, it may be a staple diet of certain cultures, while a lot of people absolutely can’t stand the smell nor taste of fish, or outright hate the texture.
