Mine is definitely the trend of doing “catless downpipes” and “resonator deletes” making your exhaust super raspy as a means of gaining more volume rather than doing a proper exhaust setup. Especially since high flow cats these days will flow more hp than most are making.
Mufflers that do the opposite. I love cars that run silent 99% of the time. When they only get loud and mean when you’re fully into the throttle, that’s awesome. When they sound like shit with a crazy loud drone at 2k rpm, well that’s just garbage.
