I think its time everyone who has their Steam Deck in transit should all contact valve and hopefully there is enough of us that do it they actually look into this batch of 24th/25th Decks that are ‘In Transit’ and find out whats going on because it clearly isnt just a few people its quite a lot of us. Maybe if they realise how many actually have the issue they can actually do something about it. If 1 or 2 of us send in a support ticket they will just tell us to wait if we all do it maybe we have a chance
Same. I have a support ticket open with them since yesterday and I have heard nothing back nor the status changed since the 26th… which is still early, but still…
