Just found out that, according to ESPN UK, “the VAR that awarded PSG’s controversial penalty has been removed from duty” from another game tonight.

Are The Toon melting down? How so?

They were robbed of a spot in the last 16 but they still have a chance to qualify, well placed to challenge for Europe next season by league position, will prob benefit all round if they are dropped into Europa tbf, I’d say they are doing fine two years into a project like this

Sure we lost a match in a shite way but did “Newcastle” make (fail to make) those calls?

If you don’t like them bc a murderous unethical cunt of a nation funds them, I’m with you, but take the fucking blinders off as to their state of affairs

That depends, will Newcastle fans spend a week whinging about it?

Or will they dust themselves off, get on with it, and laugh at the fact they’ve rattled Arsenal so hard they’ve actually managed to generate posts like this in a game Arsenal aren’t even involved in?

      (Clue: It’s the latter).

Oh yes, Dust themselves off, listen to Shearer’s exploitive-laden rant, listen to Howe moan and complain, high five a fellow toon because they’re still fans of a team owned by a journalist-murdering, gay-hating petro-state, then join others in leaving whiney comments on news articles whining about injustice, then, a few days later, sift through the archives of Reddit, after wiping away a tear, to respond to a comment from days ago.

But I will respond out of courtesy, brave, noble orc, even though I’ve got better things to do, like celebrate topping a Champions League group with a dominating performance a few days after going top of the league table.

        Cheers!

It’s fun to poke fun at others, but this seems a bit strange. We’ve been fucked by bad VAR decisions and so were Newcastle in my opinion. Like you’re just feeding the same fire that burned us.

It’s not about the bad VAR decisions. It’s how Arsenal fans have been ridiculed for being upset about a shit decision and told to get over it. Now it’s happened to Newcastle and the karma is hilarious.

You’ve been ridiculed because you threw a collective hissy fit of epic proportions for what was essentially a 50/50, somehow blamed Newcastle for referring decisions and have, 4 weeks later, clearly still not got over it.

        Of course you were ridiculed.

There have been multiple proper explanations why it’s a penalty and that these are the rules in UEFA. The fact that the pundits just glaze over it is a joke. Rules are rules. The ref followed the letter of the law and got it right. End of story

Why do you feel the need to be a dick? I dont support any poor refereeing decisions, regardless of which team it benefits. Grow up.

Look pal. I got my fair share of “cry more” responses from Newcastle and other fans when I expressed frustration over the calls on the Joelinton push or the Saliba’s handball in the Chelsea game. If you were one of those, then fck you, it’s your turn to “cry more” now. Even if you’re not, I’m still dishing it out here as you’ve bothered coming to our forum to dish it out on us.

I agree I’d be a dick to do this unprovoked, or if I dropped by your forums to poke fun. I’m not.
