Just found out me wheel bearing has gone bad in my 2017 Ford taurus and want to know if this is something I can do myself. If not what is a good price from a machanic to do it. For reference I’ve replaced starters alternators and fuel pumps but never a wheel bearing or brakes. I don’t want to start it and not be able to finish since the car is how I get to and from work

    Youtube is your friend, for the most part.

    If an explanation video looks a bit out of your league, or your vehicle happens to be extremely rusted, I’d take it to a professional just to avoid the chance of being left dead in the water.
