Will these caliper bracket bolts come off, or am I wasting my time. Should I buy new caliper brackets and replace everything that is extremely rusty, and just take an angle grinder to old bolts

Pb blaster soaked every 10 mins for awhile, long ass breaker bar or impact …if bust one then take that route of new but I think they will break
