Imagine the PR gaff of having to retrospectively strip titles from a club. All the PL will do is wait for a season where City win the league by 20 points and strip them of 19.

    It is a bit convenient that Everton have been deducted 10 points now that they look like 10 points won’t really matter to them anymore

    I’m not saying Everton deserve 10 points or that Everton should go down

    I’m just saying the punishment is pretty irrelevant
