Ever since I started putting much more effort in university, working out 6 days a week in gym/calisthenics, improving the whole apartment, trying to maximize an entire day, and being more courageous in general, I feel like my self respect has sky-rocketted.
Really pushing yourself to the limit truly gives a different view on the world, and in turn makes you more grateful for everything that happens, just wish I implemented it earlier though
