My child has had a standalone watch with cellular. It is paired with my phone since she doesn’t have a phone. She originally had a SE but I changed it to an ultra for longer battery life. We use t mobile.
It has always had connectivity issues for 2 years. I cannot consistently reach her and texts don’t always go through. It’s weird because this is in areas with good cell service for my phone. It sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t.
Do y’all think it’s a carrier issue? Or do your cellular watches work perfectly?

I assume you have this on a family plan. How old is your daughter? That’s a pretty large, expensive watch for a 10 year old to wear to school.
