I think probably around 20 thousands
$44k
Right on the money. 38-44k
Almost every one I’ve seen has paint issues; would not touch with a 10 foot pole
Yeah, the paint on my 2009 is really starting to get bad now. I’m past the point of caring though as I’m mentally preparing to move on from the car in a couple years. It’s still a fun car to drive though.
The darker blue is particularly bad for paint issues on these, but every color is bad.
In Canada early 2007 FD2 Type Rs are legal and there going for $28k-$35k CAD I would much rather get that
I both love and hate the 15 yr rule at the same time.
that ten year head start rocks for Canadians, it gives us a chance to get what we like before prices explode. once they turn 25 the beast with 10x the population (and demand) awakens and they get devoured. I don’t remember the last time I’ve seen a R32/33 in the flesh here, they all disappeared
I had one for a while. Amazing car but the suspension was rock hard.
Well, if you have to ask, I’m guessing $too $much.
Nobody has to ask here. We’re asking out of curiosity!
Used to have one of these yeeeears ago, sparked my love of Hondas
It’s fantastic but anything over $20k would be crazy
Mid just get a base si and do ings kit with jdm rear end conversion
I remember this is one of the first Matt Farah videos I ever watched. https://youtu.be/mUOO4emsmAg?si=u7YSw1VwDc5zuoxc
Well in Malaysia (where there is a 70% import tax on foreign cars iirc) this 6k km Honda Civic FD2 Type R is going for around 60k usd. Been up for sale for a couple years now. https://www.carlist.my/recon-cars/11906007
Bat? $250,000.
This is from the Japanese anemic-era. Not a fan of what Honda put out outside of the S2000 from the EM2 civic through the Type R release stateside.
This IS the ultimate civic SI in my opinion. i highly regret not getting one when they were new. i’m willing to bet money that there are only a handful in this condition and with this low mileage making this car rarer than your average Ferrari or what not.
very jealous of whoever can afford this. my guess is that the bids will go up past the $60K+ mark. I would gladly pay that if I had the money.
Not a fan of the way the Mugen version looks, but 18k on the odometer is fantastic. To me, this is worth no more than $15k-$16k.
To me, this is worth no more than $15k-$16k.
There’s a shitload of single millenial dudes with six-figure tech incomes and tons of disposable cash that want to live out their need for speed underground on PS2 nostalgia. This will sell for 30k.
It’ll sell for $40k at least. It’s too rare and low mileage for someone not to take the risk of it increasing a lot.
i’d gladly pay 50k for this. stupid i know. but stay with me for a second, when was the last time mugen came out with a package that was sold from factory here in the USA? and compared to pristine NSX’s and ITR’s which are quite common, how many pristine mugen SI’s can you find?
this specific car is what i call a future classic.
38k
I’m thinking north of $30k for sure, too. We’ll see!
