Single goal post at the centre, without nets. Goalkeepers stand on either sides protecting shots from their opponents.
Teams start from respective ends, not from the middle anymore.
Goalkeepers will be more involved in the game.

Team 1 attacks from Side 1 Team 2 defends
Team 1 needs to score from left to right, whereas Team 2 has to score from right to left. Sides change in halftime.
When Team 1 loses the ball in side 1, they have to take it to side 2 and score from there. Similarly when Team 2 loses the ball in side 2, Team 1 has to take it to side 1 to score from side 1. Direction matters!
Since players are always proximal to goal posts , they can be anywhere anytime. No offsides.
