I’m stuck between 2 cars. Bmw m4 and corvette c6. Corvette is a bit cheaper but i plan on widebodying it and changing the interior up a bit to make it more “modern”.

Corvette pros V8 Just a touch more reliable LOOKS SO MUCH BETTER whereas bmw just looks like regular traffic unless u know.(ive asked multiple people to differenciate between 440 and m4)

Bmw pros Much much better interior Easier to modify for cheaper I know more about bmw than corvettes Can daily in the winter if i really want.

Is this gonna be a daily or weekend car? Is the C6 a Z06? Which one have you dreamt of owning more?

Is it really easier AND cheaper to mod a modern M4 over an older vette?

Corvette’s are rated #1 most dangerous cars and literally start fishtailing when you step on the gas

How? I’ve driven the stingray, grand sport, and Z06 from the car dealership I used to work at. You’re at a red light, step on the gas a TINY bit too hard, and your wheels start spinning uncontrollably with poor weight distrubution and power control.

This is purely personal experience, but it being rated #1 most dangerous car is not. Use google 👍 just type in #1 most dangerous car

any bodywork on the c6 is gonna be big $$$ because of the fiberglass. You’re gonna be paying a lot for someone to work with it or risk lung cancer without the proper prepping/safety.

I’d stick to the M4 personally. C6 is just too dated IMO for a daily driver, where at least on the f82 m4 you can get a lot more QoL out of it. If the typical NPC sees an M4 as regular traffic then people are gonna look at a c5/c6 as “old ass corvette”

Do you want a shitty handling car or something thats comfortable at speed with lovely handling which also is somewhat fuel efficient when you’re not jamming the throttle.

The m4 is better built, will hold value longer, and has a better interior and tech. Appearance is a subjective thing so it’s up to your personal preference but real car enthusiasts can easily spot the difference between an M4 and a 4 series. If you’re more familiar with BMW then that’s a big plus as it will aid you down range in almost every way. From a driving standpoint, the f82 performs better (better computer to manage and deliver the power in a safe and controlled manner), while the C6 is notorious for losing traction under hard acceleration. The Vette’s V8 gives it a better sound BUT it’s also looking dated and isn’t much of a head turner in this day and age.

Details…from the tight sound of closing the door to how the vehicle reacts 1:1 with the drivers slightest movement of the wheel - German engineering - great “performance” metrics on both but there is a less advertised significant difference imo.
