I’ve heard someone say they have black Friday deals sometimes it’s not black Friday but I would pick up some for a good sale. I already have plenty but could always need more.

If you have a good deal already, just have them. If there any good deals on Black Friday, then get them as well. You cannot ever have too much drives ;)

Black Friday has mostly been a scam for a long time now. Companies have low stock on the good items to drawn you in and sell you the crappier stuff that they’ve got a bigger margin on. I’ve found as good or better deals throughout the year compared to BF/Cyber Monday.

As someone else mentioned serverpartsdeals is good to go and has probably the best pricing along with really great packaging for drives.

Get the “Keepa” browser add-on / extension or cell app for Amazon item price tracking. It’ll show price history right there on the item page, & you can also setup your own price tracking & notifications. A decent alternative is “The Camelizer” aka “CamelCamelCamel,” although I prefer Keepa. The best $/TB I’ve seen for a new HDD is the 22TB WD Red Pro. I bought 2 not that long ago when they briefly went on sale. Keepa will show the price on the graph & I think in statistics, or something similarly named.

Dunno but I will be keeping my eyes out. A couple of WD 20TBs to shuck would be lovely, I just don’t want to pay normal retail prices! Not this close to Christmas.
