Get the “Keepa” browser add-on / extension or cell app for Amazon item price tracking. It’ll show price history right there on the item page, & you can also setup your own price tracking & notifications. A decent alternative is “The Camelizer” aka “CamelCamelCamel,” although I prefer Keepa. The best $/TB I’ve seen for a new HDD is the 22TB WD Red Pro. I bought 2 not that long ago when they briefly went on sale. Keepa will show the price on the graph & I think in statistics, or something similarly named.

That’s the best $/TB for a new drive that I’ve seen & I picked up 2 of those. The Camelizer or “CamelCamelCamel” may be another app option.
