I basically mainly play RL on my deck, but since you said besides that game, I also do occasionally play Fall Guys. Haven’t found any other games on the deck that you can be competitive on either due to anti cheat or lack of aim assist.

Farlight 84, 60 FPS on highest settings.

It’s pretty much mixture of Fornite and Overwatch.

Team Fortress 2 runs quite nice. The complex momevemt is a bit more difficult to do, but it’ll be easier when using some sort of flick stick instead of the classic controller layout

Overwatch 2 with gyro aiming and, optionally, flick stick is extremely comfortable and runs beautifully. Same for Apex Legends.

I mean fuck Blizzard and all, but it fits the bill.

Basically every fighting game runs well on deck and they’re very popular at tournaments for setups. Street Fighter 6, Tekken 7/8 soon, Guilty Gear Strive

Using proton ge the latest one , and can play 3-4 matches before it freezes the screen, so have to quit the game and restart it , other than that, graphics and all are pretty good, 45-55 fps and 60 fps on some less demanding arenas.

I don’t think I would play a game that requires me to restart it every 4 games.

Chivalry II works great on Steam Deck and I exclusively play it on there now to save space on my PS5. Big learning curve if you’ve never played Chivalry 1 or Mordhau but it’s addictingly brutal and fun

I read you had to do some extra set up for that one because of the anti-cheat or something. Do you play with a controller or as handheld?

i play handheld. I didnt have to do anything special, it just works. it technically isn’t verified but I just launch the game and that’s it.

if that doesn’t work for you, just change to the latest GE Proton and you should be good to go.
