So I got a steam deck second hand and it keeps booting onto desktop mode, i downloaded steam but big picture stays on in the desktop mode and I can’t seem to factory reset to put it back to normal wtf do I do

If you needed to download steam that’s kinda odd.
Like the other reply says you need to reimage steam OS onto whatever’s going on there.
