    Of course he is!

Also… I’m selling these magic glass slippers that will automatically turn you into royalty. You’d better hurry - I only have one left.

Putin’s sugar-daddy was a guy named Boris Yeltsin… you should look him up - it’s a fun read.

That was putting him in his inner circle and why he became leader but I think stealing so much was his own doing

You can think about it in that way if you want. People like Putin are not the kind of character that gets used to peddle “rags-to-riches” billionaire fallacies in the west.

Billionaire isn’t a good term, it’s an insult and tells of a flawed society

Self-made means they are the criminal

Inherited means their relatives were criminals

Self-made means they are the criminal

This is all true… but this isn’t what we are really talking about here. What we are really talking about here is the specific propaganda used to explain away a certain type of billionaire - ie, the (supposedly) “self-made” ones like Musk, Gates and Bezos. Somebody like Putin, for instance, has an entirely different propaganda surrounding him - ie, he’s not the darling of neoliberal “entrepreneurism” narratives like Musk, Gates or Bezos is.
