How does this relate to worf/star trek?
Worf is known for being big and an tough, but in one episode was taken out by a falling barrel. Thus: he hates this costume.
Ahh right the barrel… Which is NOT later revealed to be a shapeshifter in a canon patch up just so an elderly Worf can be very angry.
It’s just a regular barrel. I wonder if there’s a parallel universe where barrel damaged Worf and Nelix without lungs end up in the same hospital room.
Maybe it happens somewhere in Beatlejuice.
