Also all you need to do is look at the favorability rates between the US and China on ai, US citizens really really distrust and don’t look forward do more ai, whereas China already has implemented tons of serious regulation and controls on ai and the polls are sky high for favorability and looking forward to more ai in china.

They’re not good plans, and they’re never in the interest of all American people. But if you think he does stuff for “no reason” then you’ve already been tricked. The man wants to hold all the strings and get whatever he wants by whatever means necessary.
