    How loud was the boos for Rice last night from the West Ham fans? Fair enough for making their opinions clear this early on.

    For the third goal, you can see the other defensive part of the game Havertz needs to work on - zero awareness to pick up Bowen who was unmarked at the edge of the box.

    Still, their third goal feels similar to the second goal we conceded Lens. Then it was Rice allowing space to open up between him and our defenders allowing the Lens attacker to just slow down to make room to receive the ball.

    Anyone know how Marquinios’s loan to Nantes is going, I checked transfermarkt and he’s only had 1 start, 1 assist in a game off the bench and he hasn’t been in the squad the last few matchdays. Haven’t had the time to keep up with our loanees this year.

    I dont’t know why, but I feel like Florian Wirtz would be an absolutely fantastic signing for that left 8 role. He’s unbeliavably good. Would love to see a player like him at the club. What is your opinion on this?

    Finally just seen the first half but that was a pretty good performance by our second team. Can’t really blame them too much for the lack of final ball since even our best players are having trouble with that. For all the complaining about the midfield, West Ham didn’t threaten us too much. On the other hand, it’s worrying how much luck teams are having in scoring against us.

    Any chance John Jules comes good? I only remembered we still have him cuz of a new fifa career mode save lol. I know this Edwards guy in our academy is supposed to be phenomenal. I’m just trying to figure out if maybe Arteta moved on from Balogun because we have some riches coming in at CF.

      Slim to none, injuries have wrecked him.

      The academy had nothing to do with why we sold Balogun. Sometimes you have to sell players, can’t keep them all

    I like that we are functionally the same team as last year in points, position, goals scored, and conceded and yet I feel like the vibes are somehow worse and I’m having less fun. Everyone, including me, is down on half the team on any given day and is otherwise extremely anxious.

    I just dislike it.

      We can’t create chances and we’re boring to watch. Last season raised the expectations and because we haven’t won anything in so long the fanbase is very anxious.
