The 20-year-old suspect, Phoenix Ikner, is the stepson of Leon County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Jessica Ikner, who has been with the department for 18 years.

    In order to be charged with murder in the 1st degree you must

    1. Kill someone
    2. Premeditated the murder OR
    3. Killed Performed the act while in progress of a felony. (edit: cleaned that up so it wasn’t kill and kill)

    So yes, you can absolutely write lists like that.

    Edit: Other obvious examples are instructions to do nearly anything. It’s a list of items, you don’t just choose individual items.
