    What’s curious to me is no mention of relaxing it’s standards on drugs. There’s two main reasons real talent doesn’t apply to the federal government regardless of administration: non-competitive pay and no drugs. No drugs also means that you need to disclose any illicit drug use in the past and that might disqualify you. If they’re relaxing their standards on people who hire sex workers (huge honeypot risk), people who steal from employers (obvious compromise risk), and people who have engaged in animal cruelty (sociopaths), but not drugs, they have completely lost the purpose of conducting the background checks.

      Well the standard for President is be a natural born US citizen, 35 or older, and been a resident of the US for 10 years. Beyond that, every standard to be President is entirely decided by the voters.

      Blame the 166.4 Million Americans that looked at Trump and said “yeah, I’m OK with him being President”.
