Summary
Trump reportedly held up a digitally altered image of the hand of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a Maryland man who was deported by the Trump administration, in an attempt to prove Garcia is a gang member.
Trump can be seen holding a printed-out photo… demonstrating that “MS-13” is tattooed across his knuckles.
“This is the hand of the man that the Democrats feel should be brought back,” Trump posted. However, many have pointed out that the image appears photoshopped.
“MS-13 looks like it was typed on the photo.” “Needing to have a photo doctored… is definitely something a psychopath would do.”
Even if thats real, so what? What’s his crime and is he actually guilty?
I mean, yes, but don’t call a lawyer and pull out the constitution when your 5 year old presents a “document” from the King of the World that says she can have unlimited icecream…
i THINK that whoever marked up the photo he’s holding was trying to indicate that the symbols tattooed on his knuckles represent the characters M-S-1-3, not that the letters themselves are tattooed on his knuckles.
That said, given his history of drawing shit with Sharpies, I totally understand why some might think Trump is trying to pull a fast one…he might even think those letters are actually tattoos.

According to court documents, the only “evidence” they have that he was a gang member, is the testimony of an unidentified informant that was never cross examined in court. He testified on paper that Garcia was a member of a branch of MS-13 that is only active in a part of New York that Garcia had never been to before.
