IMHO, many coppers should be charged with such.
I think there’s a reasonable excuse: it’s pretty fucking funny.

In their defense, a public nuisance can theoretically be very nuisant.

I’d like to invite that man to tour the various USA federal government offices while our “leaders” are present.
That’ll go well for the man… Not like people are getting snapped up in the streets over there for doing less (or nothing, or only good).

Although more facts about the case would help. Was he targeting someone who deserved some mockery? Was it a real knife or a plastic knife?
I need more facts before it’s fun, and not just someone with mental issues upsetting people.
