I had a bad feeling about the production issues so ended up binging and catching up with the manga.

Getting so tired of how on r/soccer every upvoted comment about spurs or Ange is “I’m an x fan but I love Ange so much it’s gonna be so hard to play spurs!” It’s fucking cringe. He’s a likable guy but I have no problem wanting him to fail lol.

That sucks. On the other hand, winter is starting here in India and night temperature has dropped over 4°C over the past couple of weeks. Becomes difficult to go out late nights

I have a fourth date tomorrow, I really like her but don’t feel the spark that everyone talks about. Is that bad?

The spark might not be as important as compatibility. Do you want the same things out of the relationship as her, do your long term life goals align with hers and most importantly, are you happy being with her and she with you

Honestly I would say no spark is not great…how’s the attraction? I’m not with my old partner anymore but I do remember that when we first met even a hug would send this feeling of warm electricity flooding through my body.

Latest Oliver Tree album (Alone in the crowd) is nice to play in the background if you like pop

Also I’m listening to “Tragic Love Songs To Study Vol. 5” by Duckboy. It’s great if you’re into early 2000’s pop punk

I am into Country music these days. Plug in the Country Hotlist from YT music and do my office stuff. Pretty pleasing to the ears and the pace/tone helps me focus on work

Mate just keep applying and slogging and you’ll find something, it’s hard and demoralising but you need to persevere, keep interviewing and you will find the right place

Im in the same boat. I’ve had a nice chunk of interviews, all of them ended with “we decided to go for another candidate with more adequate experience”. Except for one company that just stopped hiring people from the role I postulated whatsoever. I’m like a few days from grabbing an unpaid internship and working half time on a coffee shop.

Cat got stomatitis so the vet removed all of his teeth except his front four canines on Wednesday. He seems better already, but his mouth is a hot bloody mess.

This is after I had a root canal on Tuesday and was pleased that I didn’t have to have the tooth pulled.

Life has a cruel sense of humor.

How old is cat? Wife’s chihuaha had no teeth before he passed, floppy tongue sticking out, poor sods.

He’s approx 2 years and 7 months old, so long life ahead. Don’t know his exact age as I rescued him off the street (he had conjunctival eye infection so nearly lost his sight.

Yeah, that’s why the vet left the four canines in. So his tongue wouldn’t keep flopping out.

If the condition doesn’t improve as a result, those will eventually have to come out too.

Thanks man. Cracked my tooth on a piece of ninja chicken bone which led to a rando abscess. It’s cleared up in the gums but has very quickly (seemingly within 4 days) spread to my jaw. Antibiotics should clear it up.

Dentist earning a down payment on his new car cleaning it out and treating it.

Orion seems okay, and is mostly himself. Just lethargic and weird oral discharges. He’s eating and playing though but needs to get used to not relying on his teeth. I think he’ll be okay, and I hope the dental removal alleviates the issue.

His gum line already appears pink though.

Everyone involved knows the nerves youre feeling, they see it in basically every kid in your situation. Its so normal to them, so you dont need to worry about pretending to be totally at ease. Youll find yourself more at ease when youre in it, youll probably enjoy it. Just give it your best shot because its all you can do :)

I’ve always considered myself quite intelligent. However, it only recently occurred to me, at 40 years old, that Mary Poppins was singing about mixing a spoonful of sugar INTO the medicine, and that children in those days weren’t being fed sugar by the spoonful to take away the bad taste.

Now I am questioning everything else that I think I know.

I just had to verbalise this somewhere.

I understand. This is just like the other week when a pigeon had pooped on me, and I shaked my fist at it.

Then fantasised about purchasing a jetpack, and seeing how it liked it.

I had to to tell someone else to verbalise it. Sadly, she wasn’t as understanding.

Yesterday I met up with an online friend of over 4 years for the first time. I did an escape room with he and his friends, then went back to their holiday let and played a bunch of board games. :)
