WW3 is brewing and I see no chance of it being avoided at this point. The MoU is dead and everyone knows it. The lines are drawn and

    everyone is getting ready.

Yemenis are getting ready. suadis are getting ready. Collaborationist in Iraq are trying to get ready while the Free Iraqis are already hitting targets. Iranians have their finger on the trigger. usa is moving troops and equipment but they are not actually getting ready. israel is half dead but they refuse to acknowledge it. Hezbollah is as ready as they can be but its hard to say because the Lebanese army doesn’t even really know which side it is going to choose.
Russia is talking about confronting nato/europe directly.
The ruling class in the Caucuses are trying to convince their populations to die for white empire and are having a bit of a rough time. The south east Asian island nations and oceanic nations are in the same boat.
Fascists in japan and taiwan are talking about confronting China like they have a chance.\

I agree with the facts as you laid them out but I come to a different conclusion.

Basically I think WW3 is already waning, with NATO military potential already spent.

The tanks are burned out husks in Ukraine, the standoff munitions were expended in Iran, the energy war was conclusively lost on all fronts, and the military industrial sector is a complete joke in terms of scale production AND suffering heavily from the rare Earth embargo

Now all the opportunists are coming out of the woodwork to jockey for position in this emerging power vacuum

🇱🇧A dreadfully painful picture of the funeral of Lebanese martyrs of the Zionist apartheid entity’s crimes in Al-Duweir, south of the city of Nabatiyeh. Today (28/06/2026), 27 martyrs were buried in the Yater area and 60 martyrs in the Al-Duweir area.

(The blood of these martyrs is on the hands of those who refused to listen to the words of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Imam Mojtaba Khamenei)

❗️Iran urges implementation of Lebanon ceasefire clause, demands timeline for Israeli withdrawal

    Expand

Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghaei stressed on Sunday the need to implement Article One of the Memorandum of Understanding ending the war, which requires an end to Israel’s military operations in Lebanon.

He said Iran has consistently insisted, both in the 8 April ceasefire understanding and the 18 June memorandum, that ending the war against Lebanon must be treated on equal footing with ending the war against Iran.

Baghaei said the full implementation of Article One, including ending Israel’s military operations and securing the withdrawal of Israeli occupation forces from all occupied Lebanese territory, is an essential condition for reaching a final and lasting agreement that ensures regional stability.

Recalling what he described as the United States’ explicit commitment under Article One of the 18 June memorandum, Baghaei said Iran insists Washington must take all necessary measures to compel Israel to end its attacks across Lebanon and called for the swift establishment of a timetable for Israel’s unconditional withdrawal from the occupied areas of Lebanon.

❗️Israeli occupation forces launch fresh ground incursion into southern Syria

    Expand

According to Syria’s Al-Ikhbariya TV, Israeli occupation forces advanced with six military vehicles into the Wadi al-Raqad area, reaching the village of Jamla in the Yarmouk Basin of western Deraa.

A second Israeli force reportedly deployed to Tal al-Maghar, where troops established positions, operated laser targeting equipment, and deployed snipers.

The broadcaster said Israeli forces stationed on Tal al-Maghar also opened fire with heavy machine guns toward nearby agricultural land.

Meanwhile, the Israeli military claimed its forces had killed several armed men in southern Syria a day earlier.

The latest incursion comes just two days after Israeli occupation forces carried out six separate ground raids across Deraa and Quneitra.

Syrian authorities say the raids are part of an almost daily campaign of Israeli airstrikes, ground incursions, arrests, and military operations across the country’s south.

—❗️🇾🇪 NEW: Yemen’s Houthis (Ansarallah) have begun large scale mobilization to confront any movement by Saudi-backed forces

This comes after Ansarallah’s leader, Sayyed Abdul Malik Al-Houthi, gave a speech a few days ago where he called for mobilization and warned against the possibility of renewed Saudi aggression against Yemen.

🇮🇷| Leader of Iran, Imam Mojtaba Khamenei, on the occasion of judiciary week (martyrdom anniversary of Ayatollah Beheshti)

Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei crucially emphasised pursuing legal action for the damages and casualties caused by recent wars imposed by the US/Israel.

He stressed the formation of legal cases in domestic and international courts against the perpetrators of these events.

Then he talks about how the Judiciary’s role is to: • Protect people’s rights • Fight corruption • Enforce justice • Defend public rights and legitimate freedoms • Restore public trust

He calls for real judicial reform, not just documents and slogans: faster case handling, stronger rulings, no favoritism, no influence through “connections,” and a system where every oppressed person feels protected.

🇮🇷🇺🇸| Last night, in response to US attacks on 5 points at Iran’s southern coast, the IRGC retaliated with missile & drone attacks (between 2-3 AM)

The attacks targeted 8 infrastructure at: • US Ali al Salem Air Base, Kuwait 🇰🇼 • US 5th Fleet Naval support base, Bahrain 🇧🇭

IRGC also says that from now on violating ships will receive heavier blows if they do not coordinate with Iran.

It also warns the US that their attacks violate clause 1 of the MoU.

Regarding the arrest of various Iraqi officials last night

🇮🇶Iraqi security forces have detained at least 15 high-ranking ministers, politicians, business and security figures in their overnight raid on Baghdad’s Green Zone. Among them were:

    Expand

Muhammad Al-Halbousi, leader of the Sunni ‘Taqaddum’ party and former Parliament Speaker, Farhan Al-Fartousi, former Director General of the General Company of Ports for Iraq (GCPI), Ibrahim Al-Sumaidaie, advisor to former Prime Minister Shia Al-Sudani, the Iraqi Minister of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works, Bengen Rekani, prominent pro-Iranian Iraqi politician and longtime member of Iraq’s Council of Representatives, Alia Nassif.

    @SimurghRes

    https://t.me/SimurghRes/6465?single

    Context provided by a commentor

They arrested 47 person only 15 ministers were published.

They were either pro Iran, Iran aligned or at least not stupid enough to be against Iran as far as I know.

From those who could be against Iran could be politically against Iran are Muhammad al-Halbousi (Sunni leader) & Bengen Rekani(Kurdish leader) But the Kurds didn’t do much against Iran. USA interfered in Iraq just like in Lebanon. Instead of Frangieh we got Aoun and Iraq got Al-Zaidi.

Please correct me if I’m wrong.

🇮🇶 Tanks in the Green Zone: Iraq’s “Anti-Corruption” Raids Hit Resistance-Aligned Politicians Days Before PM’s Washington Trip

Iraq’s Green Zone was hit overnight by a major security operation — armored vehicles, gunfire reported, and at least seven politicians arrested, including five sitting MPs whose parliamentary immunity had been lifted just for this. The official story: an anti-corruption sweep tied to a deputy oil minister arrested last month after authorities seized a record $86 million in cash from him.

But look at the timing. The raids landed the same day Iranian FM Araghchi arrived in Baghdad, visiting the site where Soleimani and Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis were assassinated before heading to the Foreign Ministry. And a Baghdad-based diplomat told AFP plainly that the operation is “part of Washington visit preparations” — PM Ali al-Zaidi, installed in May “with the blessing of the United States,” travels to Washington this month and needs to show he’s serious about dismantling Iran-aligned groups, which is exactly what the US has been pressuring Baghdad to do since the hostilities ended.

Several of those arrested are reportedly linked not just to corruption files but specifically to Iran-backed political and armed factions — the same Resistance factions that struck US bases around Iraq when Washington and Israel attacked Iran earlier this year.

It’s essentially a US backed political cleanup that conveniently removes Resistance-aligned figures right before the new PM needs to prove his loyalty in Washington.

If that’s the case I very much doubt it will work out. The Iraqi resistance is not a threat that can be dealt with lightly, similiar to Hezbollah in Lebanon.

It would also bring back a lot of traumatic memories of the first Iran-Iraq war, which makes me assume Iran will be significantly more mobilized to fight it.

❗️Over two dozen arrested in major Baghdad raids amid ‘corruption’ probe

Iraqi counterterrorism and special forces carried out pre-dawn raids in Baghdad’s heavily fortified Green Zone, arresting over two dozen politicians and senior figures, including former ministers, government officials, advisers, security personnel, and businessmen.

Security operations and searches were also conducted in the Shaab, Yarmouk, Zayouna, and Mansour districts.

The government of newly appointed Prime Minister Ali al-Zaidi described the operation as an anti-corruption campaign, saying the arrests were carried out under judicial warrants linked to an ongoing investigation.

The timing of the operation, ahead of Zaidi’s first foreign visit to the United States in July, has led some observers to interpret the raids as a possible political purge targeting officials perceived to be close to Iran amid reported US pressure. However, this has not been confirmed.
